TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This document contains the General Conditions of Use and Sale that regulate the purchase of products from the website www.akelarremodels.com. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this online store. The use of the online store implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The conditions of use may be modified by the company at any time, and those in force at the time of purchase will be applied.
PRICE AND SHIPPING:
The prices indicated in the online store include VAT (21%). The company reserves the right to modify at any time the sales prices shown in the online store, as well as the products offered. Even if, due to typographical or computer error, the price of the products is not as stipulated, the products will not be sent until the actual price is paid.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Card payment: Card payment is made through the Redsys secure gateway. It is necessary to have the card linked to a cell phone because the security system will ask for a password that you will receive from your bank to your cell phone. In most cases, the transaction cannot be finalized without this security key.
Paypal: Paypal allows you to pay with your Paypal account, or as a guest using your credit card. We will not charge you extra if you use this option.
All transactions are secure, your data will not be recorded in any database but travel encrypted directly to PayPal or the bank.
CHANGES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
From the reception of the order, you have a maximum period of 15 days to return or exchange the product as long as you notify it beforehand by e-mail to infoakelarremodels@gmail.com. Only the amount corresponding to the cost of the product will be refunded, and shipping costs will not be refunded (except if the return is due to a fault on our part, and the order consisted only of the item to be returned, in which case we will assume the shipping costs). It will be the customer who will bear the cost of return and exchange, being paid in advance directly to Akelarre Models (using PayPal or credit card).
The customer may return any item purchased at Akelarre Models, provided it is in its original packaging, in good condition and without signs of use.
Refunds will be made on the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
IMPORTANT: Products that have been personalized, custom-made by the customer or limited edition numbered products are exempt from return.
You can cancel your order at no extra cost if you cancel it before shipment. The money will be refunded in full. In case it has been sent, you will have to make the return process. For cancellations, we recommend that you contact us urgently by e-mail(infoakelarremodels@gmail.com) so that we do not send you the package.
Modification of the General Conditions of Use and Sale
Akelarre Models reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice, according to the evolution of this website and the contents offered on it.
AKELARREMODELS.COM RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
All products available at www.akelarremodels.com are in accordance with current Spanish law. Akelarre Models is not responsible for the inappropriate use of the products, which could lead to damage to the user or third parties.
The warranty period is the legally established period. Some parts require assembly. This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, shock or improper use.
Akelarre Models does not recommend its products to people under 14 years of age.
Akelarre Models will replace all products that had a manufacturing error at the time of purchase.
