We ship worldwide.
The price shown on the website will be the final price, shipping costs will be applied on the checkout page. Prices do not include any other taxes or fees. Customers whose location is not listed on the website should send an e-mail to infoakelarremodels@gmail.com to obtain the necessary information on prices and shipping costs.
Akelarre Models will try to minimize the delivery times of its products. Each order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The required products will be shipped within 24-48 hours from order processing, unless the product in question requires more preparation time (this will be indicated on the product sheet).
Orders will be shipped through the Spanish parcel service Correos.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS:
Additional fees and charges may apply to the total price on international orders.

SHIPMENTS TO PENINSULA: 6€.
PORTUGAL: 10.00 €.
SHIPMENTS TO ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: 8,00€.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Between 10,00€/18,00€ depending on the region.
FREE SHIPPING:
-SPAIN: For orders over 150€.
-WORLDWIDE COST: On orders over 250€.
Aspects to consider:
Akelarre Models is not responsible for delays or problems caused by the courier company. In case this happens, we would appreciate if you contact us if there is a delay in delivery, so that we can inform our sales representative, as well as help you to locate your shipment and find out the possible cause of delay.
Akelarre Models will be responsible for possible errors caused in the delivery only when these are due to an error on our part. If an order is returned due to our error, we will assume the costs and reship it at no additional charge.
Akelarre Models will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery if it is because the customer registered wrong address (wrong address, incomplete, or postal code that does not correspond) and the order can not be delivered, the courier company will resend it back to us. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs again if he/she wants us to resend it to him/her. Under no circumstances is the first shipping cost refundable.

All transactions are secure, your data will not be recorded in any database, but travel encrypted directly to PayPal or the bank.
Information related to the online dispute resolution of Art. 14, para. 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation):
The European Commission offers consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes online under Art. 14, para. 1 of the ODR on one of its platforms. The platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a website where consumers can attempt to reach settlements without going to court related to disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.
CHANGES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
From the reception of the order, you have a maximum period of 15 days to return or exchange the product as long as you notify it beforehand by e-mail to infoakelarremodels@gmail.com. Only the amount corresponding to the cost of the product will be refunded, and shipping costs will not be refunded (except if the return is due to a fault on our part, and the order consisted only of the item to be returned, in which case we will assume the shipping costs). It will be the customer who will bear the cost of return and exchange, being paid in advance directly to Akelarre Models (using PayPal or credit card).
The customer may return any item purchased at Akelarre Models, provided it is in its original packaging, in good condition and without signs of use.
Refunds will be made on the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
IMPORTANT: Products that have been personalized, custom-made by the customer or limited edition numbered products are exempt from return.
You can cancel your order at no extra cost if you cancel it before shipment. The money will be refunded in full. In case it has been sent, you will have to make the return process. For cancellations, we recommend that you contact us urgently by e-mail(infoakelarremodels@gmail.com) so that we do not send you a cancellation.
